研究内容

震源断層の形状を明らかにすることは、断層運動によって発生する強振動を予測する上で、また活断層の長期評価を行う上で重要である。反射法地震探査による直接的な断層のイメージングや構造地質学的手法により、震源断層-活断層システムの形状を明らかにする研究を行っている。
