1. 13:30-13:45
TITLE: Development of Octree-Based High-Quality Mesh Generation Method
AUTHOR: * Kohei FUJITA, Keisuke KATSUSHIMA (Nomura Research Institute),
Tsuyoshi ICHIMURA・Muneo HORI and Lalith MADDEGEDARA
SUMMARY: We develop a robust high-quality finite element mesh generation method
which is capable of modeling continuum mechanics problems with complex
geometries and multiple materials.

2. 13:45-14:00
TITLE: On the eruption and tsunami event at Anak Krakatau Volcano, Indonesia
AUTHOR: * Fukashi MAENO and Takayuki KANEKO
SUMMARY: We discuss what happened at Anak Krakatau Volcano that caused
a tsunami disaster at Sunda Strait, Indonesia, on 22 December 2018, based on
numerical simulation and image analyses.

3. 14:00-14:15
TITLE: Seismic waves recorded in Japan coeval with with the flank collapse
of Anak Krakatau
AUTHOR: * Shingo WATADA・Iyan MULIA
SUMMARY: We observed seismic waves in Japan coeval with the flank collapse
of Anak Krakatau in the Sunda Strait.

4. 14:15-14:30
TITLE: Post-eruptive thermoelastic deflation of intruded magma in Usu volcano,
Japan, 1992–2017
AUTHOR: * Xiaowen WANG and Yosuke AOKI
SUMMARY: We show the post-eruptive ground deformation at Usu volcano
since the 1990s
from InSAR observations, and how we interpret the observed deformation.

5. 14:30-14:45
TITLE: Superplastic Earth Hypothesis: 1. Oceanic lithosphere
AUTHOR: Tadashi NAKAKOJI and *Takehiko HIRAGA
SUMMARY: Our "superplastic earth" model explains the unique characteristics
of microstructures observed in mantle rocks and the depth-dependent viscosity
of the oceanic mantle lithosphere.
