Self Introduction

Hi, to everybody! My name is Sheng-Rong Song.

My research interests focus on the field of mineralogy, petrology, geochemistry and faulting mechanism. I was one of PIs of the Taiwan Chelungpu-fault Drilling Project (TCDP) and as a coordinator to be in charge of core analyses and distributions. I am happy to have the opportunity to visit the ERI, Tokyo University and hope to collaborate with the colleagues here in the future on subjects that are of great interest for me: fault zone drilling, weakening mechanism in large slip of faulting, and stresses changes during a major earthquake.
