Travel grants and session supports in COV5

LOC provided travel grants to young scientists and scientists from developing countries.
In addition, session convenors proposed the contributers who should be supported (registration fees or travel costs).
LOC covered parts of their travel expenses and registration fees: the total is about 5,800,000 JPY (53k USD).
