The ENE striking fault cut the edge of the dam wall which is elongated in the NNW direction. The apparent vertical shift between the two parts of the dam wall is around 10 m. Looked from NNW side. This site is close to the deformation front in the anomalous NW corner. If the deformation occurred under the sea, a large tunami would have appeared.
