DSM (Direct Solution Method) software
Upgraded software for computing synthetic seismograms for spherically
symmetric Earth models is available. Software both for a single processor
and for multiple processors (using MPI) is prepared.
- Higher frequency computations (e.g. up to 2 Hz) for TI media
- Rigorous computations without using any approximations other
than numerical discretization
- 3-component seismograms in a single job (no necessity for
separate computations for P-SV and SH components)
- Outputs in the SAC binary format
