6-13）　Three Technical Supporting Sections

  All technical supporting staffs of ERI were assigned to three sections in April 2002 after one-year trial; Technical Supporting Sections for Observational Research and Information Processing, and Laboratory for Technical Service and Development. In this structure, we aim at efficient management in technical support to the ERI researches by technical training, general meeting and discussion, sharing works, and continuation of their experiences. a) Technical Supporting Section for Observational Research: Support to researches based on field observation and experiment in terms of management-maintenance of observation equipment and carrying out of field observation and experiment.

b) Laboratory for Technical Service and Development: Support to researches based on laboratory experiment and field observation in terms of development and maintenance of the equipment.

c) Technical Supporting Section for Information Processing: Support to researches in terms of information processing, including management and issue of observational data and research results, building network, service of computer circumstance, management of research expenditure and commodity.
