The typical routes from Narita, Haneda airports or Tokyo, Shinjuku stations to the Hotel are shown below. We recommend using buses from airports or stations. For oversea participants, it is most easiest way that riding our charterd bus from ERI to venue (outward only). The railway route between Shinju and Fujisan stations is also available, but the complex train transfers are needed.

For oversea participants, Bus Charter (outward only)

This is a recommended way for oversea participants.
We will charter a bus from ERI to venue. Departure time from ERI at 16:00 Sept. 4. It is essential that arrive before 16:00 in ERI. Considering the time for immigration and custom clearance you should arrive at the airport (Narita or Haneda) by about 1PM on September 4th, if you want to take the Bus from ERI.
If you want to take this chartered bus, please notice it in your registration form.

From Haneda Airport

This is a simple way to take a bus directly from Haneda airport to Fujisan station.

  1. Purchase a bus ticket for the Fujisan station at the Bus Ticket Counters on the Arrival Lobby of Haneda Airport International Terminal or an automatic ticket vending machine on the bus loading area.
  2. Go to the bus loading area and waiting for a bus at the Spot 7.
  3. Get off a bus at the Fujisan station. It takes about 3 hours.
  4. After arriving at Fujisan station, you will take a taxi to the Hotel. It takes about 40 minutes.

This bus is jointly operated by keihin Kyuko Bus and Fuji Kyuko Bus.

If you fail to catch these directly connected buses: Move to Tokyo station using Tokyo Monorail and JR Yamanote Line, then take a bus from Tokyo or Shinjuku station. Details are described in the (3) From Narita / Shinjuku or (4) From Narita / Tokyo tabs.

From Narita Airport to Tokyo, you can choose from two ways, by train or by bus.

STEP 1a. From Narita Airport to Tokyo station (JR train)

  1. At the Narita Airport, you purchase the JR tickets for Tokyo station, which are one fare ticket and one limited express ticket (i.e. Narita Express) from Narita Airport to Tokyo.
  2. Narita Airport to Tokyo via the JR Narita Express train (JR east). It takes about 50 minutes.

STEP 1b. From Narita Airport to Tokyo station (Bus)

  1. At the Narita Airport, you purchase the tickets for "Tokyo Station Yaesu south exit" at the Airport Limousine Ticket Center or an automatic ticket vending machine.
  2. Once you arrive at bus stop of Airport Limousine, you need to some walk to go Yaesu Bus terminal for next bus.

STEP 2. From Tokyo station to Lake Yamanakako (bus)

  1. Go to the Bus terminal near the Yaesu South Gate of JR Tokyo station.
  2. Purchase a Bus ticket for the Fujisan Yamanakako (Hotel Mt. Fuji) bus stop.
  3. Get off a bus at the Fujisan Yamanakako (Hotel Mt. Fuji) bus stop. It takes about 2.5 hours.
  4. After arriving at the bus stop, Hotel shuttle bus will pick you up. It takes about 15 minutes.

This bus is jointly operated by JR Bus Kanto and Fuji Kyuko Bus.

From Narita Airport to Shinjuku, you can choose from two ways, by train or by bus.

STEP 1a. From Narita Airport to Shinjuku station (JR Train)

  1. At the Narita Airport, you purchase the JR tickets for Shinjuku station, which are one fare ticket and one limited express ticket (i.e. Narita Express) from Narita Airport to Shinjuku.
  2. Narita Airport to Shinjuku via the JR Narita Express train (JR east).
  3. Go to the Shinjuku Bus terminal near the West Gate of JR Shinjuku station. [MAP]

STEP 1b. From Narita Airport to Shinjuku station (Bus)

  1. At the Narita Airport, you purchase the tickets for "Shinjuku Station West Exit" at the Airport Limousine Ticket Center or an automatic ticket vending machine.
  2. Once you arrive at Shinjuku bus stop of Airport Limousine, you need to some walk to go Shinjuku Bus terminal for next bus. [MAP]

STEP 2. From Shinjuku station to Lake Yamanakako (bus)

  1. Purchase a Bus ticket for the Yamanakako (Asahigaoka) bus stop.
    Ticket booths are divided by destinations. [Bus stop]
  2. Get off a bus at the Yamanakako (Asahigaoka) bus stop. It takes about 2.5 hours.
  3. After arriving at the bus stop, Hotel shuttle bus will pick you up. It takes about 15 minutes.

This bus is jointly operated by Keio Bus and Fuji Kyuko Bus.
