All presentations will be held in the convention hall "Matsu" at the 3rd floor.
Oral Presentations
- The time allotted to each regular presentation is 15 minutes including the short questions. Time keeper will ring a bell 3 times during each presentation.
- The convention hall is equipped with one projector for digital computer presentations. The slide projector, OHP are not available.
- The Windows computer (Windows 7, PowerPoint 2010) will be available for use during talks. Presenters can also use their own computers.
Poster Presentatins
Posters will be displayed in the convention hall "Matsu". Poster presentations will be held on Oct. 30. The size of the posters is A0.
City of Matsushima
