We had a visitor from England, Jenny Milne, who is the descendant of John Milne(1850-1913). Our researcher Sayoko Yokoi, who knew her via friend has invited her to visit our library, where we keep the letters written by John Milne. After decipherment of her ancestor’s hand-written letter in the library, we showed her around in the seismometer museum, where we display antique seismometers which John Milne had greatly contributed in developing.
