Theme: Space geodesy studies of complex earthquakes: insights into the geometry and rupture process
Host: Yosuke AOKI
Introduction: My research primarily focuses on the use of space geodetic data (e.g. InSAR and GPS) to study ground deformation associated with a variety of geophysical and anthropogenic processes. I am especially interested in the study of earthquake cycle deformation and active volcanoes. During my stay at ERI, I intend to work with my host, Dr. Yosuke AOKI and other colleagues to better understand the geometry and source parameters of complex earthquakes using space geodetic data and geophysical modeling. It's a great pleasure to be here and I look forward to interacting with many of you. I would be more than happy to know about your research, find common interests and potential future collaborations. You are also welcome to check out my website at: https://wenbin16.github.io/.
