TITLE: “MUONITH”: Development of a simulation tool for multi-directional muography

SUMMARY: We are developing “MUONITH” (MUOgraphic Numerical Inversion & Tomography Harness), a fast and lightweight simulation tool for quantitatively evaluating observation designs and three-dimensional reconstruction performance in multidirectional muography.

SUMMARY: We show results of pilot researches on regional crustal deformation associated with the 2024 Noto Earthquake estimated from pre- and post-2024 high-resolution DEM and evidence for paleoseismic uplift inferred from late Holocene marine terraces.
